Susan Kennedy graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Susan worked as a legal intern at a law firm with a general civil litigation practice. She met her partner, David Braswell, while working there. After law school, Susan continued to work for the same firm as an associate attorney. Susan and David realized they had a similar work ethic and desire to provide their clients with outstanding legal representation. They created the law firm of Kennedy & Braswell, PLLC to achieve this goal.
Susan loves living in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and having adventures outside.

David Braswell is a Tacoma, Washington attorney practicing primarily in the areas of divorce, family law, and personal injury. He also serves as a Title 26 Guardian ad Litem (GAL) tasked with representing the best interests of children in family law cases in Pierce and Mason County Superior Courts.
David graduated with high honors from Seattle University School of Law, where he earned academic achievement scholarships, and received the highest grade in his class in Contracts and Legal Writing. In his final year of law school, David served as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Robert J. Bryan, Senior Judge at the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington at Tacoma.
While in law school, David worked as a legal intern at a law firm with a general civil litigation practice. He met Susan Kennedy while working there, and the two of them later formed the law firm of Kennedy & Braswell, PLLC. In the summer following his first year of law school, David worked as a law clerk in the Public Counsel Unit of Washington's Office of the Attorney General. Prior to law school, David worked as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher for three years in Tokyo, Japan.
